Guess what guys! The link port snapped  . I worked on it for over an hour, and it works now, but is very fragile. Now one of the prong thingies (whatever they are called) is snapped off, and the other is barely hanging on. If the other one snaps, I won't be able to send Vera to it, basically making it useless (at least for its original purpose). Also, I figured out why the guy sold it. The screen goes crazy every once in a while (and it has nothing to do with the Mirage thing).

What do you mean "goes crazy"? Do you mean when it shows the bottom of the screen in the middle of the screen?
Like so:
That happens to me all the time for some reason, only when I'm using Mirage OS or playing a game through it... Is this a known bug? Any way yo prevent it?

I guess thats what he ment by that. I thought he ment that it didn't only happen in Mirage.

I meant that it is not related to the incompatibility with Mirage and the cheap LCD screens that TI made.
